So I had a two week vacation at the end of December. The first week was a planned vacation week and the second was given to me by my company. I ended up coming in that first weekend of my break to finish up a crazy project. As soon as I was done I took off to home, taking the Dc to Ny bus with it's wifi and movies on board.
I spent the first week with my family and the Delninnos, then spent two days in Baltimore. In Baltimore my excellent friend and co-worker from ASG, Yavuz ( and Tracie! :D), gave me the royal treatment. We had a Turkish dinner on Charles st. Then after that to Red Maple, the club I had always dreamed of going to while at MICA. The club of course was not quite my style but still a great experience, Yavuz spotted me some drinks which is always excellent! After that there was a little bit of soccer on the ps3 before passing out with Turk (their dog) on top of me. The morning we had a nice breakfast and after that I was off to find some of my MICA friends.
I found Jay at his girlfriend's apt and we hiked through the city for Chipotle and video games ( I found a copy of GH3 for xbox360!). Talked about work and his upcoming trip to Sweden. I got in touch with Catherine who we met up with after she was off work and got some crepes at Sofi's Crepes.

Christmas time I was rocking out with xbox360 and Rock Band! snap. I had my family playing, my cousins, anyone who would play. It was pretty sweet. I even had one late night session with David and Shannon which was sweet. We had unlocked the jet so we could tour internationally.
Towards the end of the second week I took a trip up into DC to see a few friends. I met up with Andrea and had tapas, got to catch up a lot since we haven't seen each other in forever. Then spent the rest of the evening with Myung, going to a bar for a few drinks, chatting, and some random movie from netflix.
At the end I suddenly decided to leave a day early so I could be in NYC for the weekend with Soojung. I took a bus Myung was taking up so there was company. Lugging all my new gear, aka Rock Band was a real challenge but it all got home safe and sound.
